Our timetable is packed with fun, functional, motivating & inspiring fitness sessions, perhaps some of your favourites, perhaps some you have never tried before...

HOW IT WORKS


1. Book your ticket

Choose your ticket and secure your place! Join us for the full Weekender (£135) or just the Saturday (£59) or Sunday (£29).

2. Book your hotel

If you're staying overnight, you'll need to book a hotel room (not included in ticket price). Use code CBOOT for your event discount!

3. Plan fancy dress outfit

This year's theme is Denim & Diamonds, so dig out your cowboy boots and get ready to dazzle with your sparkliest jewels.

4. Follow us on social

SESSION DESCRIPTIONS

Clubbercise

Bring a night out to your workout with this award-winning cardio-based dance fitness session! Clubbercise features LED glow sticks and easy-to-follow routines set to a soundtrack of club anthems from the 90s to the latest chart hits. Suitable for all abilities thanks to the high and low impact options.

Disco Inferno

 Taking it back to the 70s, get ready to dance and sing-a-long to the ultimate disco workout. All the classic hits will having you movin’ and groovin’ in this energetic class. Fancy dress is welcome! 

Bachata Fusion

Get ready to dive into the world of Latin America fused with influences of ballet and heels dance. One song, one choreography, where the body will speak and you will feel confident, elegant sexy or even a bit sassy! Let loose and let the music take over!

Aqua Zumba

The Latin inspired dance party you know & love - in the pool! Super fun music & movement in the water, kick start your Saturday the best way

Rockbox Recharge

Let the acoustic rock ballads recharge and revive the senses, whilst you strengthen, tone, stretch and condition your body

Zumba Fitness

The dance fitness party with rhythms from all over the world, shimmy shake & lose yourself in the vibe – the original feel good Latin fitness party!

Beatz

Beatz Fitness is a fun, simple, and all-inclusive group exercise class designed for everyone. With easy-to-follow choreography and a high-energy atmosphere, Beatz brings people together through the power of music and movement. Expect a mash-up of music genres – from Little Mix to Oliver Heldens, via Bruno Mars, Blur, Kah-Lo, and Old School Rave – creating an uplifting and inclusive experience for all fitness levels. Choreographed to a blend of popular and underground tracks, Beatz features house, garage, R&B, mainstream dance, and more – breaking boundaries and keeping the vibe high from start to finish!

Pool Party

Make a splash with our Scottish-themed pool workout! Join us for a fun-filled Ceilidh Aquafit session combining traditional dances like the Gay Gordons and Military Two-Step with upbeat tracks from The Proclaimers, Nathan Evans, and more. Low-impact, high-energy, and full of laughs – it’s a party in the pool for all fitness levels! Splish splash, sing & dance with our Friday night pool party - getting the weekend off to the best start this session is suitable for all, you can work hard, dance hard or relax & float about if you prefer! This pool party is all about the vibe & getting that Friday feeling

Powerhoop®

Powerhoop® is a full-body workout using our unique and award-winning adjustable weighted hula hoops. Our workout will give you a stronger core, a slimmer waist and hips, toned abs, arms and legs, a stronger back and much, much more. Come and try a Powerhoop® workout and join the core strength revolution! We bring the hoops, and you don’t need any hooping experience to join us and enjoy our workout. Powerhoop Boss Esther will be taking the FIT FEST WEEKENDER crew through a Powerhoop workout – anyone can join, everyone has fun, and if you think you can’t hoop – come and have a go, as Esther will teach you!

Step Back To Basics

Get ready to step it out old-school style! This energising class brings you the fundamentals of step aerobics—simple, easy-to-follow moves—with a funky flair. Expect classic combos, upbeat tunes, and a fun groove that’ll have you sweating and smiling. Perfect for beginners or anyone craving a rhythmic throwback with a modern vibe.

Zumba Step

Zumba Step: a higher-intensity Zumba workout that combines the high-energy, dance-fitness elements of traditional Zumba with the added challenge and toning benefits of step aerobics. It's designed to provide an intense lower-body workout while still enjoying the fun and Latin-inspired rhythms of Zumba.

Bollywood Fitness

A vibrant, high-energy Bollywood fitness session— beginner-friendly, inclusive, and all about joy and movement—no experience needed and absolutely no pressure to get every step right! We’ll start simple and build up to feel-good routines that leave you glowing. Whether you’re a dancer or have never tried a class like this before, just come with an open mind and Mevy will take care of the rest.

Rockbox

A fitness therapy session for body and mind. A class where you can punch, sweat, and smash your stresses away to an epic rock playlist. It's a mixture of boxing cardio and toning, giving you an all-over body workout. Rockbox caters for all fitness levels with low impact options, so whether you are just starting out or you are a regular at classes, Rockbox is for you. Come along, grab some drum sticks, and let it all out with us!

HIITSTEP

An adrenaline fuelled session lasting approximately 25 minutes. High intensity exercises making use of a step box, typically nine different exercises per session. You won’t get a better workout in half an hour - and the afterburn will keep you fat burning for an hour after your session ends!

Drum Workout

A mix of cardio, strength and toning, combined with drumming for a full body AND brain workout. This original class design brings together Mika's passions as a fitness instructor and drum teacher, creating a UNIQUE EXPERIENCE to get your body and brain working hard. We'll play rhythms on ILLUMINATED DRUMS whilst stepping, squatting, lunging and jumping about to heavy guitars and banging beats. Get ready for a workout like no other!

Yogalates

Yogalates is a hybrid exercise class that blends the strength-building and core-toning benefits of Pilates with the flexibility, balance, and mindful aspects of yoga. This practice focuses on enhancing overall physical fitness and mental well-being through controlled movements, breathwork, and a strong mind-body connection. The combination of physical activity and breath control can boost circulation and energy flow.

Rockin' Body

The ultimate full-body pump party! Get ready to lift, tone, and rock out! Rockin Body is a fun, music-fuelled workout where each track targets a different muscle group — from top to toe. Using dumbbells and barbells, you’ll sculpt and strengthen your body to epic rock anthems in a non-impact, all-levels-friendly class. No jumping, just pumping – perfect for toning, blasting fat, and feeling powerful. Whether you’re new to weights or a seasoned lifter, this class brings the energy, the burn, and the beat. Come feel the music. Feel the strength. Feel Rockin Body!

Line Dancing

Expect a warm, welcoming atmosphere where everyone — from complete beginners to experienced dancers — feels right at home. We kick things off with a fun, easy-to-follow warm-up, then move through a variety of dances ranging from upbeat and energetic to smooth and flowing, all taught step-by-step with patience and plenty of laughs. The focus is always on enjoyment, connection, and building confidence on the dance floor. You’ll leave smiling, moving, and looking forward to taking those moves to the dance floor!

BrawBody GLOW

Not your average workout – it's a high-energy, feel-good, dance-meets-resistance class that’ll have you glowing inside and out! Here’s why you NEED to try it:

Showtime Shimmy

Be ready to shimmy, shake and sing as you are transported through a world of musical theatre. Showtime Shimmy is a high energy class that will have you whipping out your jazz hands and singing in full voice to iconic show tunes!

Retro Spin

Travel back in time on a 30 year journey through some of your favourite dance anthems, providing the backdrop for an indoor cycling ride combining cardio driven sprints with muscle toning as we climb those virtual hills & relive the best in old skool dance!

80s Singalong Spin

Get ready to sing as you cycle with this super fun spin session - featuring all the anthems to get you belting out the classics whilst climbing those virtual hills to nostalgia!

The Beyoncé Experience 2.0

This session is going to feel like part Dance-Fitness Class & part Live Concert Experience! We’ll be honouring Queen Bey herself & dancing our way through lots of her Iconic tunes - featuring classic hits, remixes, live recordings, & plenty of Aaron’s sass & flair. Revamped and reimagined with old Beyoncé classics and new ones, this is a FIT FEST favourite & we can’t wait!

Zumba Fitness Finale & Farewell

Join the FIT FEST team for a 90 minute Latin inspired dance party to round off the weekend & leave you on a high! This is the epic end to your epic weekender – the most uplifting session full of love and good vibes and the PERFECT way to end the experience

Carly

Carly founded FIT FEST WEEKENDER back in 2014, intent on bringing together the best local instructors to present new & exciting fitness concepts, and to provide a weekend where attendees can try new things, meet like-minded people, and let their hair down with a party night & overnight stay!

Carly can teach a wide variety of classes, including freestyle Aerobics, Conditioning, Aqua and HIIT formats; Zumba Fitness & Zumba Toning, Strutology, Indoor Cycling, and Spirals, and has Lvl. 3 qualifications in Pilates, Personal Training, and is studying for another in Sports Massage!

She tries to remember, and show others, “Life is for living, having fun, feeling great… and showing absolute love & no judgement for others.”

Abigayil

A co-runner of the event, Abigayil has been part of Fit Fest since the very beginning, bringing a variety of fab sessions, each with an emphasis of fun and fitness.
